No. VEVO approval requires meeting VEVO's own eligibility criteria. Rise and Black make you eligible to apply through ARCRYN — but the final decision is VEVO's. The same applies to Official Artist Channel (OAC) eligibility.

Rise is an annual subscription billed once for 365 days. There is no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel. When it expires, your account reverts to Starter. Your releases stay live on all platforms.
